Real Estate Truths

What they don’t tell you

Climbing the real estate ladder
Real estate can be challenging. Rejections mount up, pressure builds. It’s been weeks since you sold a home. People are starting to look questioningly at you. Do you have what it takes? Can you make it?

Such is the life of an agent. You can have an outstanding 6 months, but two months later – things may not be going so well. How do you respond? Can you rise above adversity?

We are sold on the dream, the 4 day week, the BMW, the mansion on 100 acres.

That can absolutely happen. But as they say, if you want to sit in the seat, you have to be willing to pay the price.

The first couple of years, that price is steep. Long days, long weekends, not a lot of money. But for those who survive (typically less than 10%) the rewards are there.

You can achieve all you ever dreamed, but you need to be willing to go the miles and the bigger the hill you want to climb, the steeper the climb.
