Real Estate as a Career
If you love real estate and love working with people, there isn’t a better career in the world.
Real Estate can be the most rewarding career you can imagine. Giving the keys to a family buying their first home is an immensely rewarding experience. Seeing the look on the face of a client when you show them the house of their dreams and seeing them complete settlement. These are moments you don’t get to experience in any other career.
It’s an outdoors life, a life spent looking through homes and walking vacant land, a life spent building relationships with people. It’s a career that will continually bring the unexpected.
Friendship. The camaraderie felt between our whole team is powerful and sincere. We all work together to achieve the same goal – living the lifestyle dreams are made of.
It isn’t easy, it takes work, a lot of work. But if you believe in yourself and have the determination to succeed, there is no reason why you shouldn’t expect to be earning an annual income of $100,000 within 18 months. Within 3 years, your annual income could easily be topping $175,000 – IF you work smart and hard.
It does involve working Saturdays, most weekends. We work hard to keep Sundays for family. You should expect to be working at least 45 hours a week to have any form of continued success.
Real Estate involves meeting and talking to a lot of people. If you don’t like people, you will not enjoy real estate.
Real Estate can be a stressful career. It involves much joy and some rejection. Our agents are highly regarded and respected in our industry and local community, as is evidenced by our number one standing.
