Team Life
The team at Hinternoosa is just that: a team. We work together, play together and have fun together. We all love what we do and give it everything we have.
On a weekly basis we have 2 regular meetings:
- Wednesdays, 7:30am – 11am.
- Listings updates and Caravan.
We go over our listings and contracts, updating all price changes and new listings. At approx. 8am, we head off in a couple of vehicles to inspect up our new exclusive listings. At each listing, the agent representing the vendor will conduct a brief presentation on the property, followed by a walk through. All agents complete a brief appraisal before being told what the property is actually listed for.
When we all arrive back at the office, we sit down for about 30 minutes together and share a great morning tea before embarking on the days tasks.
Fridays, 7:30am – 9am.
Training
This provides some of the greatest learning experiences we have. We role play various instances that come up in the day to day life of an agent and examine new techniques currently being employed in the marketplace. We also regularly get a guest speaker in to address areas of professional development. This might be related to banking, building/pest, motivation or other industry related areas. We thrive on these Friday meetings and feel this is one of the key areas that sets us apart from our competitors. We never stop striving for improvement.

- Christmas Party
- Christmas in Cooroy Street Parade
- 10/10 day (10 sales in 10 days), Sales team and partners go out for a special group social outing
- End of year weekend away
Time off:
We at Hinternoosa recognise the importance of time away from the work environment. We mandate a bi-monthly roster so every sales agent has two days rostered off at the same time, i.e. Sunday and Monday.
Sundays are always taken off by our sales team. We do not hold any open homes or meet with clients on Sunday unless extreme circumstances exist as the office is closed.
Your typical work week will be approximately 45 hours or more. Selling Real Estate is not a part time job.
Another example of team life. On November 19-21, Murray took his entire team and partners to Teewah for an all expenses paid weekend. This is an indication of what we do that sets Hinternoosa apart.
